On the rare and unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or incomplete, please contact Us and We will reply rapidly with full details of what to do with incorrect or damaged items.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of original receipt by the customer unless the goods supplied are defective or incorrect, in which case We will consider each request to return products on its own merit.
Returns will not be accepted without proof of purchase.
Returns for personalised products will not be accepted.
We are not able to accept returns for any products which have been opened or have their security seal broken.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure returned goods reach Us safely, in a saleable and complete condition, wrapped in the original packaging. Refunds and re-dispatches will not be issued until the original goods have been safely returned by You and received by Us.
Goods are returned at Your expense and no refund on return postage costs will be made by Us.
Any refunds made for returned products will only refunded to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction.
Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
